We are writing to inform you that, despite the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, our community and our team are taking strides toward recovery and we are officially back in the office! We plan to be back in the office full-time, please note that there still may be some delays in delivery as several of our main roads are closed. Starting tomorrow, we will resume processing and shipping all orders!

We are deeply touched by the outpour of support and kindness we received from so many of you. Your messages checking in on us and reassuring us to take the necessary time to recover meant the world to us. Our town, as well as the majority of Western North Carolina, has been through so much; people have lost everything, and many of us are still grappling with the aftermath.

While the road to even somewhat normalcy is still long, we are committed to continuing our work and providing you with the best service possible. Your understanding and support have been instrumental in helping us through this challenging time.

Thank you for being there for us. We look forward to brighter day ahead and to working with you as we all navigate these times.
