Why don't you take pre-orders?Every item we sell is first screened for quality before being made available for purchase. Be aware of competitors who take "pre-orders" so they can "secure more stock". As with any item you may buy from your grocery store, different lots of the same item may vary greatly. We only sell what inventory we have on hand, and we do not rely on (potentially false) promises to our customers for our business to stay afloat.

Are Dreaming Turtle (The Nodding Turtle) products offered through third parties?Please be aware of impostors! We DO NOT sell through Amazon, Ebay, Etsy, Etc. Authentic Nodding Turtle products are ONLY available at thenoddingturtle.com.

How Do I Place An Order?Secure Ordering & Payment Options: We accept all major credit cards through PayPal as a safe and secure credit card processor. At no time do we have access to your sensitive credit card information. You do not need to have a Paypal account in order to check-out using Paypal.

Payment and ShippingIf you need your packages to be held at your local post office until you can pick them up, then please write "HOLD AT POST OFFICE" in the second available shipping address line when entering your name and shipping address. Example: JOHN DOE 112 GENERIC LANE HOLD AT POST OFFICE SCRANTON, PA 18702 Our order processing dept. will see your HPO (Hold at Post Office) request and will mark your label so that your postal delivery person will clearly see your request. REFUND POLICY: We do not provide refunds unless we receive the unopened product back through the mail. Please reach out to us, and we will provide you with a shipping label for returns. Please note that refund will not be issued until we receive the product back. Once the unopened item arrives with us, we'll promptly process your refund. If your purchased items are missing in the mail, damaged, etc. - Please reach out to us.

What is your Return/Refund policy?At the Dreaming Turtle Soaps, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products and services. Please review our replacement and refund policy below: Eligibility for Replacement or Refund: Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. To qualify, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packing. Products with defects, or damages caused during shipping are eligible for a replacement or refund. For shipping related issues; USPS Priority, we will replace after 10 business days without updates to the tracking. USPS Express, we will replace it after 5 business days. UPS 2nd Day Air, after 4 business days. UPS Next Day Air Saver, after 3 business days. Process for Returns: Contact us at thenoddingturtlecustomercare@gmail.com to initiate a return or replacement request Provide details about the issue, your order number, and include photos if applicable. Once approved, ship the item back to us. Refund Policy Refunds will be processed using PayPal within 5 business days, and if applicable, after the return is received and inspected. Replacement Policy If a replacement is approved, the new item will be shipped promptly at no additional cost to you. For additional cost via PayPal invoice, we can change your chosen delivery method to UPS Next Day Air or UPS Weekend Delivery.
